TEDDY SWIMS – Ugly Vinyl

Description

Teddy Swims returns with his most personal album to date, UGLY, which will be released on January 22, 2027 and includes, among others, the singles Mr. Know It All and Perfect Man.

After the global success of “Ive Tried Everything But Therapy”, Swims turns his gaze inwards. UGLY was written over a transformative period of eighteen months and confronts the sides of himself that are hardest to face. Along the way, he breaks with old patterns, questions ingrained beliefs, and examines the narratives we create about who we believe we should be.

At its core, UGLY challenges the notion of what it means to heal. Personal development is not about beautifying the struggle or finding an easy way through it. It is about facing the unpleasant, showing oneself understanding, and at the same time taking responsibility and unlearning the things that stand in the way of moving forward.

On UGLY, Teddy Swims shows his most vulnerable and self-aware side and finds strength not in perfection, but in finally embracing the sides of himself he previously tried to hide.
