Pixies – Bossanova LP (Limited Edition)

Description

Japanese Vinyl LP with OBI (4AD)

Originally released in 1990, Bossanova is the third studio album by the Pixies and one of the defining records of early alternative rock. Expanding their sound with elements of surf rock and space rock, the band delivers a more atmospheric and melodic record while maintaining their signature loud-quiet dynamics.

Produced by Gil Norton, the album features fan favorites such as Velouria, Dig for Fire, and Allison. The albums cosmic themes and layered guitars helped influence the sound of 1990s alternative music.

This Japanese LP pressing includes the collectible OBI strip and Japanese liner notes by music journalist Shunichi Otaka. A must-have for collectors of Japanese vinyl and fans of the Pixies.
